Sample Contract
All Renters will receive a contract from the Club Manager that must be signed prior to and in order to reserve the requested date of event. It's important to note a few requirements before reservation that is included in the contract:
-- Renter agrees to employ 2 security guards and provide proof to the Club Manager. The security guards must be licensed, bonded, and in uniform. The security guards must be present one-half hour before the function and stay until the last person leaves the premises.
-- Renter shall secure appropriate general liability insurance coverage in the sum of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) for the event, without alcohol exclusion, naming Sylvan Improvement Club as an additional insured on the policy, and must submit a certificate of such insurance (generally available on a homeowner's policy) to the Club Manager before receiving the keys.
